This weekend the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica continued its initiative to inform the Jamaican community residing in the UK on the impact crime and the illicit drug trade have on the Jamaican economy.

Hundreds of Jamaicans living in the UK used this opportunity to ask questions about these issues and more with the panel of experts, which included Dr. Peter Philips, Jamaica's National Security Minister.

A series of three forums in Manchester, Birmingham and London are to be held in association with The Gleaner Company and the Jamaica National Building Society.
